Florosa Station 5 is a volunteer fire department. Members are qualified firefighters with Florida certifications and participate in weekly training events. Shift stipends are available for eligible team members.
Thank you for your interest in the Florosa Fire Control District. We are always looking for new Volunteers. The first step is to come by Station 5 at 2252 W Highway 98, get a tour, and fill out an application. We are currently all volunteers so we are not always at the Station. We meet for training on Tuesdays from 7-9pm and Saturdays from 9am-12noon. Feel free to come by any of the trainings.
For more information about joining the team, reach out to DC5 at the contact information below. You can also send a message using the "contact us" link on this website. We look forward to meeting you.
